For every $15 that you spend on any full price standard menu item(s) at any Salsas in Australia, you get 1 point. Each point is worth $1 and can be redeemed during your next purchase. Or, save them up and pay nothing for your next meal when you’ve accumulated enough points! (Which is handy if you want to impress your friend by shouting them a free burrito).
But remember, Mex Club points aren’t issued on discounted menu items or special offers. They are only issued on full price and standard menu items.
Oh, and on your birthday, you get a FREE Birthday Burrito or Bowl* from any Salsas store! Too busy skydiving, partying or watching Netflix to come and get it on the day? No worries! You can grab your FREE Birthday Burrito or Bowl up to 2 days after your birthday!
*The Free Birthday Burrito or Bowl offer is only valid if you have:

Once your card is registered, we’ll send you an email notifying you of the latest and greatest offers. If you choose to add your mobile number when signing up you could receive even more fantastic deals!

I’VE MADE A PURCHASE, BUT I CAN’T SEE ANY POINTS ACCRUED?
Keep in mind that you’ll only see the number of points you can actually spend. For example, if you’ve purchased $5 worth of Salsas, you’ll have 0.33 of a point, but your balance will say zero. You need to have spent $15 before you will have 1 point allocated and showing in your account.
HOW DO I GET MY FREE BIRTHDAY BURRITO OR BOWL?
To redeem your FREE Birthday Burrito or Bowl*, present your Mex Club barcode (either from the Salsas app or your Mex Club card) and an ID evidencing date of birth at any Salsas store in Australia. Just in case you’re having a massive fiesta on the actual day, you can redeem your FREE Birthday Burrito or Bowl* within two days of your birthday.
* The Free Birthday Burrito or Bowl offer is only valid if you have:
1. Made a purchase of a full-price standard menu item [in store or via the app] and scanned your Mex Club barcode less than 3 months before your birthday month.

I’M TRYING TO REGISTER, BUT IT’S NOT WORKING. HOW COME?
Often, there’s a simple explanation! Let’s quickly go through a list of the most common issues:
THE EMAIL ADDRESS ENTERED IS REGISTERED TO ANOTHER MEX CLUB MEMBERSHIP
Each Mex Club membership is registered to a unique email. Therefore, you can’t use the same email address to register a membership more than once.
EMPTY FIELDS
Sometimes a field can be skipped when Mex Club members are entering their details. If a field is missed and the Save button is clicked, you won’t be able to register the card. Double check every field is filled in before clicking Save again.
MEX CLUB TERMS & CONDITIONS ACCEPTANCE
There’s a little tiny box to tick confirming acceptance of the Mex Club Membership Terms & Conditions. As it’s so small, it can be easily missed. If this isn’t ticked when the Save button is clicked, you won’t be able to register your card. Just go back and try again.
I’VE TRIED ALL OF THESE THINGS AND IT’S STILL NOT WORKING!

I’VE LOST/MISPLACED/BROKEN MY PHYSICAL MEX CLUB CARD. CAN I GET A NEW CARD?
You may have lost your card parasailing in Cancun or at your favourite gig. Regardless of the reason, there is something you can do to keep your points!

To ensure that your points are accurately credited to your membership, make sure you present your Mex Club barcode (either from the Salsas app or your Mex Club card) before the sale has been completed. Keep in mind when checking your account that Mex Club points aren’t issued on discounted menu items or special offers.
MY DETAILS HAVE CHANGED/AREN’T CORRECT ON MY ACCOUNT. HOW DO I UPDATE THEM?
All the details you gave us when you registered can be changed via the Salsas app or the Mex Club website.
Salsas app:
Head to the profile icon on your Salsas app and click ‘Edit Profile’. Then update your details and hit save – it’s that easy!
Mex Club website:
Visit the Mex Club website and head to the ‘Your Profile’ section. Then update your details and hit save – mission accomplished!
MY BIRTH DATE IS WRONG ON MY ACCOUNT. HELP! I WANT TO REDEEM MY DELICIOSO BIRTHDAY BURRITO OR BOWL.
